The University of Truffle Dogs, founded in 1880, was made official in 1935, during the 5th Fair of the Alba White Truffle, by Conte Gastone of Mirafiori, son of “Bela Rosin“, who held the functions of president of the Fiera del Truffle in the years 1930/1940.
