Thanks to the Barbera Wine tour, Monferrato experience will explain the methods of harvesting the grapes, in the barbera vine, how the grapes are processed the method of maceration, refining and aging methods. The Barbera wine tour will start with the first visit to the winery with an adjacent walk through the vineyards.
