The experience in the cellar is open to anyone, even the less experienced, in fact during the visit to the winery you will be explained every procedure with which Barbaresco is produced, starting from 100% Nebbiolo. Also during your visit your tour guide Gaja Piotrowski will take you through the rooms and in the meantime you will be explained every production process.
We will meet in the center of Barbaresco, to reach the best wine cellar in the city which is located a few meters from the barbaresco Tower
Later we will enter this exclusive winery where the best wines of Piedmont are produced, such as Barbaresco, Langhe Nebbiolo and many others.
Inside the cellars you can visit the rooms, accompanied by a guide who will explain to you, by thread and by sign, the processing steps of the Nebbiolo grapes to become Barbaresco. You will be able to see all the rooms of progress, from crushing to bottling and aging.
At the end of the visit you can taste some of the best wines of the Langhe, directly in the cellar.
